What is CargoQR?
CargoQR is a web application for creating administrative control documents (DeCA) and domestic consignment notes for road freight transport in Spain. Share the PDF by QR link and keep a history of every version.
What types of transport is it for?
For the administrative control document for domestic road haulage for hire or reward in Spain, including cabotage. Legal exemptions apply. It does not replace the contractual consignment note where required, the international CMR or specific documentation for dangerous goods, waste or other special regimes.
Does the inspector need to install an app?
No. In the full service, the QR code opens that version's PDF in a browser. The inspector's device needs an internet connection to open the link.
Can I access my documents offline?
The web dashboard requires an internet connection. You can download the PDF or view saved copies in the mobile apps. Issuing documents and checking changes or permissions requires internet access.
Does the demo create valid documents?
No. It only uses examples and temporary changes on this page. It does not issue transport documents, take payments or create an account.
