What you can do with CargoQR

• Reuse shipper, consignee, vehicle and company details.
• Prepare the origin, destination, goods, quantity and service date.
• Review the document before generating the PDF.
• Download the PDF, share its QR link and view earlier versions.

How to prepare a DeCA

Create your account and add your company details. Under “New document”, choose DeCA and complete the parties, vehicle and shipments.

Review the preview and confirm issuance. When the PDF is ready, download or share it. The QR opens the PDF in a browser without installing the app.

When a correction is needed

An issued document is not overwritten. Create a correction, give a reason and review the changes. The new version has its own PDF and QR; the original stays in the history.

Connectivity, access and archive

Issuing documents and using the web dashboard requires an internet connection. Download the PDF before travelling if you need it without coverage. Opening a QR link requires internet; the document can be accessed while its link remains valid.

The archive lets you find documents and export data and PDFs. Retention and company closure are explained in the privacy policy and terms of service.

DeCA, consignment note and CMR

DeCA serves an administrative control purpose; a consignment note records the transport contract. A consignment note may also serve as the control document if it contains all the information required by the applicable rules.

CargoQR is intended for domestic transport in Spain. It does not issue international CMR documents or replace specific dangerous-goods or waste documentation. Check the rules and exemptions that apply to your operation.
