Your Spanish consignment note, ready to review and sign.
A carta de porte records the freight transport contract. CargoQR combines its details with the administrative control information in one workflow, producing three PDF copies per shipment and a QR link to the issued version.
The information it brings together
- Shipper, carrier and consignee identities and addresses.
- Place and date of issue, receipt and expected delivery.
- Goods, quantity, number of packages, packaging and references.
- Transport price, expenses and the party responsible for payment.
- Additional sender, third-party or instruction details where relevant.
How to create it
Under “New document”, choose “Domestic consignment note”. Reuse companies, vehicles and routes from your directory, then add the contract details.
Review the preview before issuing. The PDF contains three copies per shipment: shipper, goods accompaniment and carrier. Download and print it to complete the signatures.
Signatures and what the QR opens
CargoQR does not add an electronic signature or collect handwritten signatures. The PDF remains pending signature; the QR downloads the issued original without signatures later added on paper.
Keep the signed copies using the appropriate process. The QR is not evidence of a signature or delivery that CargoQR has not recorded.
Correct it without losing the original
When information changes, create a correction and explain why. Each version keeps its own PDF; the previous version is not replaced. You can also reuse the details for a new transport.
When to choose this format
Choose a consignment note when you need to record the conditions of domestic transport alongside administrative details. Choose DeCA when you only need the control document.
This is not an international CMR document or an electronic signature system. The parties must review the contents and the requirements of the particular contract.
Do I have to enter the same details twice?
No. The consignment note uses the same directory, company, vehicle and shipment data as DeCA, adding the contractual fields.
Does the QR contain the signed copy?
No. It opens the original PDF issued by CargoQR. A handwritten signature added to a printed copy is not automatically included in the digital file.
Is the previous price kept after a correction?
Yes. Each PDF belongs to a specific version. A correction does not change the information or PDF of the previous version.
